Maggie Q has recently confirmed a few things to E Online - she will definitely be getting married to her 53-year-old "Stalker" co-star Dylan McDermott, and she is very, very much in love with him. She has also stated that besides being fiancées, she and McDermott are best friends. That's how it should be, right?

The former "Nikita" star said of McDermott, "This is a person that I wake up laughing with. Truly, in the first few moments of waking up in the morning. So I think the most important thing is you gotta marry your best friend at the end of the day. If they're not your best friend, I don't know what you're doing."

McDermott must be a very deserving man, as looks can only get a guy so far with Maggie. She stated, "I work around a lot of handsome, and it doesn't matter to me. You can be handsome. Great. You can congratulate your parents. You didn't earn handsome. But there's a lot you can earn-in addition to obviously being someone you can laugh with-it has to be someone who has an extraordinary heart. That's very important to me. I was lucky to find that."

According to CBS News, Maggie Q and McDermott met on the set of Kevin Williamson's CBS drama "Stalker." As soon as they started working together, there was a spark - Q called McDermott "not just talented and not just accomplished, but also the kindest and most sort of generous co-star that one can have." That's some high praise!

With that being said, McDermott must have made an incredibly romantic wedding proposal. However, we don't have the details just yet. Q stated, "I don't know if he wants me to go into the details on how he proposed, but I'll tell you this much-he told me that we were gonna be married, which I think is so funny. Because he says, 'You can't ask Maggie because you can't take the risk of Maggie saying no.'" Too cute!

As for wedding plans, they're there alright, but are currently more conceptual. Q revealed, "My day, when it comes, is going to be a mish-mosh of the love of all my friends contributing from their experience and what they want on the day for me, because I'm really, really not a wedding person. I'm surrounded by so much love and so many people who care about us in such a real way and they're kinda helping guide me through it."

We are sure Maggie Q and Dylan McDermott will make a wonderful husband and wife!
