On November 30th evening in Hong Kong, right after her strong opening stage performance for MAMA 2012, Ailee was once again up on the stage to receive the Best New Female Artist award. It was presented by SHINee's Minho and A Pink's Jung Eunji.  While presenting the award, Minho mentioned that it is one of those awards that can only be received once in a lifetime.

Upon receiving the award, Ailee looked very elated and grateful.  She exclaimed "I won an award!" during her appreciation speech.  She then promised to do better and thanked her fans for their support. 

MAMA broadcasted live from the Hong Kong Convention & Exhibition Centre (HKCEC) and will be rebroadcasted on MNET America.  American fans in Southern California can relive the wonderful show at CGV's special screening of the show at the CGV Cinema in Los Angeles on December 4th.  More information on that can be found on CGV Cinemas Facebook Page.
