Jodi Arias Trial Update Today: The Jodi Arias retrial ended without Arias making direct comments to the juror deciding whether she might live or die before closing arguments.

According to a bankruptcy papers published by Radar Magazine, Jodi Arias' parents went broke defending their daughter. Bill and Sandra Arias claim they have $306 in cash and $330,000 in debts.

On May 8, Arias was convicted of first-degree murder in the June 2007 stabbing and shooting death of her ex-boyfriend Travis Alexander in his suburban Phoenix, Ariz., home. The same jury couldn't reach a unanimous decision on whether to sentence the Arias to death or life in prison. If sentenced to life in prison, Arias could be released after 25 years.

The couple already lost their business when they closed the doors of their Daddy O's diner.

Arias' parents filed Chapter 7 and are askign for donations to pay off $330,000 in debt. The debt includes $217,000 owed on loans taken on their Yreka, California, home, $35,000 owed on credit cards, including owing WalMart $224; JC Penny, $3,194.60; and Kohl's, $2,848.29. Bill Arias owes $66 for a Paint Zoom paint sprayer, $714 for a Total Gym Fitness machine and thousands of dollars in cell phone bills and medical expenses.

Bill and Sandra Arias claim they own $1,500 worth of household furnishings, including a BBQ grill, lawnmower, vacuum cleaner, and a VCR, the court document shows. According to court papers, the couple's clothing is valued at $200, their wedding rings are worth $500, it says. The couple's two cars and a Harley Davidson motorcycle are worth $2,600.

The court papers say the Arias family is trying to keep their homethrough the bankruptcy.

Sandra Arias earned $8,000 last year. Bill Arias collected about $15,000 from Social Security.

Last year,  Jodi Arias' parents took to YouTube to asking for support and money.

On Monday, the parents of Jodi Arias published a YouTube video called "A message from Bill and Sandy Arias," thanking viewers for donations they made on Justice4Jodi.com. Arias' parents said the money will be used "to obtain the best legal representation possible for [Arias'] appeals."

Jodi Arias' parents warned people not to send donations to any site otherthan Justice4Jodi.com. Arias' mother said "[Justice4Jodi.com can] personally guarantee that all funds raised will be for Jodi's defense and no other purchase." Bill Arias added "There are other websites soliciting donations for Jodi Arias's appeal. We caution everyone against donating to these sites because we don't know whether or not these donations will ever reach Jodi Arias."

The video was taken down two days later without explanation.

Under state law in Arizona, Arias' murder conviction stands. Prosecutors have the option of putting on a second penalty phase with a new jury to pursue a death sentence. If the second Jodi Arias jury still fails to reach a decision, the death penalty will be removed from consideration. The judge will then sentence Arias to life imprisonment. Jodi Arias would be will be eligible for release after 25 years in jail. The second penalty phase is set for September.

Jodi Arias, a former waitress and aspiring photographer, admitted to killing Travis Alexander, her then boyfriend at his suburban home in Arizona. But Jodi claimed she did it in self-defense. Alexander was stabbed 27 times, his throat was slit and he was shot in the forehead. Prosecutors say Arias killed Alexander in a fit of rage after Alexander said that he wanted to end their relationship. Medical examiners say that the murder took less than 2 minutes.
