A long-time commentator voiced out what many believed: Floyd Mayweather and Manny Pacquiao's mega fight is six years too late.

Teddy Atlas, who covers for ESPN, was asked by Newsday to comment on the much-anticipated bout between "Money" Mayweather and "Pacman."

"I don't know if it will be a great fight, but it's going to be the biggest fight of all-time," he said. "Pacquiao was out cold (in the fight against Juan Manuel Marquez), but the stars lined up right for him. The fans are happy because they're parched in the desert, and they think they see an oasis. But there's always a danger you're seeing a mirage."

"Floyd has always been careful, and now, he's more careful than ever. He showed that in his last fight against Marcos Maidana. He grabbed and ran," the commentator said.

But he said that Manny Pacquiao has a chance to end Floyd Mayweather's untainted record in their mega fight.

"The greatest strength of Mayweather is his greatest weakness. He's so defensive that he gives you a chance to go to work. Pacquiao's hand speed gives him an opportunity to outhustle Mayweather and grab some rounds ... Floyd's great, but Pacquiao has a chance," Teddy Atlas said.

Meanwhile, Manny Pacquiao is already preparing in his fight against Floyd Mayweather ... by recording a song!

The song is titled "Lalaban Ako Para sa Pilipino," which translates to "I will Fight for the Filipino people."

"Our Filipino translators tell us Manny recorded to song specifically for his entrance music for the May 2nd superfight in Vegas," TMZ reported.

The website also noted that the new song came on the heels of Manny Pacquiao's pronouncement via TMZ Hollywood Sports last month that he's retiring from singing because, "I love music ... but I don't think music loves me."
