Carrie Underwood already gave birth to her first baby with Mike Fisher. According to a news report from USA Today, the "Jesus Take The Wheel" singer also shared her son's first photo via her official Instagram page.

Though the announcement was made on March 3, Carrie Underwood's baby was actually born last week, on Feb. 27. The Grammy winner and her NHL player husband named their firstborn Isaiah Michael Fisher.

A photo of Carrie Underwood's baby was posted by the Grammy-winning singer earlier this week, showing only his hand.

"Tiny hands and tiny feet...God has blessed us with an amazing gift! Isaiah Michael Fisher - born February 27," the proud new mom posted.

The USA Today report also noted how Carrie Underwood's baby could well be a lucky charm for her husband, Mike Fisher. The Nashville Predators player reportedly scored a goal in his first game back after the arrival of his son.

Just before the birth of Carrie Underwood's baby last weekend, a news report from People revealed that the former "American Idol" winner plans to bring her son along with her on concert tours.

The revelation was made by Carrie Underwood's friend and fellow country singer, Hillary Scott. The Lady Antebellum singer also has a baby, an 18-month-old daughter named Eisele Kaye.

"Carrie and I talked about the layout of the (tour) bus. You need to make sure the walls are padded and you can have the monitor installed in the bunk so you can look at them while you are in the front or the back lounge and make sure they are in a good position," Hillary Scott explained.

"A lot of it is finding a really great nanny - someone who can be on the road and understand that life and schedule."

Hillary Scott said that she believes Carrie Underwood will be able to adjust well with parenthood.

"It's a weird transition at first - you feel like you have to split your brain because you're in a mommy mode and then you've got to work at such an intense job, too," she said.
