The Official 'Avatar 2' Trailer Set For A Release This Year? Film Rumored To Focus On Jake Sully's Family!

Fans have been awaiting the official "Avatar 2" trailer to come out, as the buzz surrounding the upcoming film has been said to be weaning.

Aside from the Director, James Cameron, members of the production crew have been keeping mum about any details of the film. Fans are quick to speculate about the details based on the little hints they could gather themselves.

One statement that fans base their speculation on is from Cameron himself. "It's going to be a lot of new imagery and a lot of new environments and creatures across Pandora," the director said in an interview with screencrush. "We're blowing it out all over the place. At first I thought I was going to take it onto other worlds as well, in the same solar system, but it turned out not to be necessary."

"I mean the Pandora that we have imagined will be a fantasy land that is going to occupy people for decades to come, the way I see it," Cameron added. "It's been inaccurately said that the second film takes place underwater. That's not true. There are underwater scenes and surface-water scenes having to do with indigenous ocean cultures that are distributed across the three films."

In other news, fans have been speculating on when the trailer will be released. Some fans point out that the lack of buzz surrounding the film as of late may be part of a certain strategy that the production crew is utilizing, and that they are aiming to surprise the public with the first official trailer this year.

While the news about the official "Avatar 2" trailer is only a speculation, fans remain hopeful to see an update about the film soon.

Another previous information that was released is James Cameron's statement regarding the main character, Jake Sully. In the same interview cited above, he hinted that one focus of the film might be Jake having his own family in pandora.

"We spread it around quite a bit more as we go forward," said the director about the storyline. "It's really the story of his family, the family that he creates on Pandora. His extended family. So think of it as a family saga like 'The Godfather.'"

The official "Avatar 2" trailer news is currently developing, and will be reported on as soon as information becomes available.
