"Gangnam Style" Psy has beat President Obama for the TIME magazine 'Person of the Year' at number 17.

Today, TIME magazine revealed on their website the online votes for 'Person of the Year 2012'.

Psy is seen at number 17, beating President Obama at number 18. Although he is not ranked in the top 10, this is a great step forward for a Korean artist to rank this high on the chart.

The results for the poll will be revealed on December 19.
