While other celebrities seem to look different without make-up, Emma Stone still looks gorgeous. But her followers may need to put on some good make-up on their faces to hide their sadness should reports about her split with boyfriend Andrew Garfield be true.

In a report by E! News, the 26-year-old American actress was seen stepping out of a grocery store in Malibu in comfy cargo jeans, an oversize gray turtleneck sweatshirt and two-tone flat sandals. Emma Stone showed up without make-up but opted to accessorize her look with sunglasses.

Despite her ultra laidback fashion style and with grocery bags in hand, the "Amazing Spider Man 2" star never looked any different from her all made-up and glamorous ensembles during prestigious Hollywood events.

With such simplicity, Emma Stone gathered so much praises from a lot of people, including from American fashion designer and former model Chloë Sevigny.

"I like Emma Stone. Whenever she's herself, she's really cute," the 40 year-old fashion icon commented about the actress in her revealing interview with V Magazine.

As Emma Stone's without make-up beauty earned her good words, her relationship with boyfriend Andrew Garfield is presently caught in controversy as they are intrigued to be heading towards split.

The 26-year-old beauty arrived at the 2015 Oscars without her 31-year-old beau, which fuelled the rumors.

Everyone was expecting the "Amazing Spider Man 2" lead star to escort his girlfriend because of her nomination as "Best Supporting Actress" for the film "Birdman". But instead, Emma Stone showed up with her mom.

However, an insider told Hollywood Life that Emma Stone and Andrew Garfield are still together.

"Andrew takes things way too seriously and he changed his mind in joining Emma last minute because he told her that he wanted it to be about her. He wanted the night to be about Birdman and just the film and all that surrounds it, not their relationship," the unnamed source revealed.

The source added that the red-head actress was actually OK with the decision because she told him that "she wasn't going to win anyways so he shouldn't worry for her to join."

"They want to protect their relationship and not be a couple in public so they both decided that it was better off this way during Oscar night," said the insider. "If Emma thought she had a chance to win, then things would be a completely different story, but she let Andrew do his own thing during the Oscars." 

"They have no drama with each other so people shouldn't think of this as a snub."

As the Hollywood Life source would put it, Emma Stone and boyfriend Andrew Garfield are not going to split.
