Robert Plant and Jack White Perform Led Zeppelin’s Classic ‘The Lemon Song’ At Lollapalooza Argentina [VIDEO]

Led Zeppelin may be broken up, but Robert Plant still has a whole lotta love for the songs. While Jimmy Page is busy remixing classic Led Zeppelin albums, Robert Plant joined Jack White at Lollapalooza Argentina on Saturday, March 21, to jam on classic Led Zeppelin hit, "The Lemon Song."

Plant and White were both headlining on Lollapalooza's opening day in Buenos Aires.

Plant said he was interested in working with the former leader of The White Stripes when he released latest album, "lullaby and...The Ceaseless Roar."

"I love Jack White's buccaneer spirit, and the way he dodges through the musical horizons. I'd be happy to make a single with him," Plant said at the time during a Facebook chat.

"I'd like to do a track called 'Love Me' which was originally recorded by The Phantom," Plant added. "In fact, I'm going to Nashville on Sunday and can do it on Monday morning! I've got lunch with Alison Krauss at 2pm and cocktails with Patty Griffin at 8 p.m."

Led Zeppelin's "The Lemon Song," from Led Zeppelin II, is already on the setlist for White's current tour. White is touring behind his second solo release, "Lazaretto."

"The Lemon Song" is deeply rooted in delta blues, along with such seminal songs as Howlin' Wolf's Killing Floor" and Robert Johnson's "Traveling Riverside Blues" and "Crossroads."

This isn't the first time Jack White has jammed with a Led Zeppelin musician. White and Jimmy page both appeared in the rock documentary jam "It Might Get Loud" in 2009, with The Edge from the Irish rockers U2. It Might Get Loud was directed by Davis Guggenheim.
