A Pink Indulge Fans With Electrifying Pink Paradise Concert In Singapore

The ladies of A Pink hit the stage in Singapore to give their fans a night they will never forget.

International 'Pink Pandas' (A Pink fans) were treated to a night of paradise at A Pink's Pink Paradise concert on March 22. It was also the girl group's first solo full-length concert overseas. Despite their nervousness, as seen during the press conference, the 6 ladies - comprising of Park Cho Rong (24), Kim Nam Joo (19), Oh Ha Young (18), and Yoon Bo Mi (21), Jung Eun Ji (21), Son Na Eun (21) - did not disappoint. They successfully put up a magical stage for over 3,500 loyal fans who turned up.

Fans cheered louder than ever as a countdown timer showed on the screen signalling the start of the concert. A Pink appeared on stage like angels in white and knee-high boots to add a stylish touch.

Starting off slow with the group's debut title track 'I Don't Know', the atmosphere soon became heated up with their third song, 'Mr. Chu', an upbeat pop song that had fans chanting along with gusto.

As promised during the press conference, A Pink not only performed their hit songs but displayed their individual talents and hidden sides as well. A 360-degree change from innocent and cute, A Pink showed that they can pull off the sexy concept just as well. Leader Chorong started the special performances with a solo dance item choreographed to Chris Brown's 'X'. Turning the heat up a notch, Hayoung and Naeun took the stage with their rendition of SISTAR91's 'Gone Not Around Any Longer', complete with the seductive table dance.

The choice of songs for their special solo acts might have been specially chosen to cater to international fans, which is thoughtful indeed. Namjoo performed to Christina Aguilera's 'Dirty' while Eunji displayed her vocal chops with Beyonce's 'Listen'. The most surprising and commendable act would be Bomi, who is usually known for her aegyo (cute acts) and fan service. Incorporating a pole dance routine, Bomi danced solo to Ariana Grande's 'Problem' and pulled it off. A Pink was also accompanied by a live band throughout, an added bonus to the quality of the concert.

During the encore performances of 'Wishlist' and 'NoNoNo', the girls took the chance to run around the stage and try to make eye  contact with as many fans as possible. Just like in the press conference, A Pink was seen trying their hardest to communicate in English. Nearing the end of the concert, Bomi even had a message of thanks written in English prepared specially for fans. She expressed her gratitude and heartfelt thanks to fans and promised that she would never forget this memorable night shared between their fans. Things got a little emotional as the ladies took turns to thank their fans. Seeing A Pink holding back tears, fans began shouting "Don't cry!" in Korean.

In return for all the love and fan service, Pink Pandas at the concert prepared a banner event as well as a tiered rainbow cake for A Pink. It was to congratulate the girls for embarking on their first ever solo concert as well as an advance celebration for their upcoming 4th anniversary (19 April).

The memorable night ended on a happy and high note with a song written by Chorong titled 'April 19'.
