Fox News Sunday host Chris Wallace and radio personality Mike Gallagher offered an apology for weight shaming Kelly Clarkson, who seemed to be unbothered by the all the criticisms about her extra pounds.

In a statement released to Mediaite, Chris Wallace wrote, "I sincerely apologize to Kelly Clarkson for my offensive comment. ... I admire her remarkable talent and that should have been the focus of any discussion about her."

Mike Gallagher already issued an apology over the weigh shaming of "American Idol" alum Kelly Clarkson.

"Tubby Mike is the last person in the world who should bring up anyone's weight," he wrote. "I couldn't possibly feel any worse than I do for making an observation that led to the conclusion that I "fat-shamed" this talented and classy entertainer. It was a really stupid thing for me to do."

Fox News presenter Greta Van Susteren slammed her colleague Chris Wallace for weight shaming Kelly Clarkson.

"This 'guy snickering' about her weight is obnoxious. He should apologize," she wrote.

In an earlier interview with Ellen DeGeneres, according to Entertainment Tonight, Kelly Clarkson hinted that she's got no problem with all the weight shaming.

"Sometimes I'm more fit and I get into kickboxing hardcore," she said. "And then sometimes I don't and I'm like ... I'd rather have wine."

Huffington Post noted that Kelly Clarkson was also unperturbed by the weight shaming initiated by British journalist Katie Hopkins last month.

"Last month, Kelly responded to comments made by Katie Hopkins in a similar fashion, after she also made jibes about her weight on Twitter," it said.

Kelly Clarkson was asked by Heat magazine if she's read the weight shaming by the British journalist, but the "American Idol" winner said that she didn't know about it. The "Stronger" hitmaker also confessed that she didn't know who Katie Hopkins was.

"She's tweeted something nasty about me? That's because she doesn't know me. I'm awesome!" Kelly Clarkson said.
