It looks like Ryan Gosling is focuses on his movie career while Eva Mendes is taking a backseat with their baby daughter. ‘Lost River’ director just joined the famous Guillermo Del Toro for the upcoming Disney project for ‘Haunted Mansion’.

The fans are waiting eagerly for Eva Mendes to score the next movie.

According to Yahoo! Movies, “Gosling was in talks to star in director Guillermo del Toro’s movie adaptation of the classic Disneyland ride The Haunted Mansion.”

Ryan Gosling didn’t hide this collaboration with Guillermo Del Toro either. He said: “We’re talking about it.”

He added: “That’s my favorite ride. Haunted Mansion is a whole world, it’s not just a ride, so I feel like in Guillermo’s hands it could be amazing.”

In fact, this hasn’t been the only evidence that ‘Lost River’ director is throwing himself back into work after the birth of his baby daughter.

According to Daily Mail, “Ryan, 34, who just became a father to his first child with Eva Mendes, was flying solo within a crowd of security, though he was distinctly obvious with his hair slicked back and his features chiseled with a rugged, unshaven finish.

“The actor would seemingly be missing his daughter Esmeralda's first Easter with his trip to the French city, where he arrived on Sunday. He was in town for the French premiere of his directorial debut, Lost River, which stars his long-term partner Eva.”

On the other hand, Ryan Gosling and Eva Mendes are so confident in their relationship that they have now taken to making fun of couples that have problems. ‘The Notebook’ actor and ‘Hitch’ actress are still going strong after her birthday celebrations and the birth of their baby girl.

So what did Eva Mendes say exactly about those couples that have relationship issues?

"You can't do sweatpants... ladies, number one cause of divorce in America, sweatpants, no!" she said during an interview with Extra. She added: "I feel much more comfortable in a dress or skirt."

Ever since his baby girl’s birth four months ago, Ryan Gosling and Eva Mendes have been busy being new parents. But ‘The Notebook’ actor and Eva Mendes have been emerging out of their super secretive Hollywood home for date nights.

According to an eyewitness of E! Online, "Ryan and Eva seemed to be very in love and cute together. They stayed right by each other's side the whole time. They seemed happy and they laughed a ton at the show."
