Brooklyn Beckham celebrated a personal milestone as he reached 1 million Instagram followers. But like most dads do, David Beckham instantly went in for the buzzkill.

In an Instagram post on April 17, Chloe Grace Moretz's rumored boyfriend shared a video clip where he starts, "So it's my mum's birthday today..."

David Beckham's voice can be heard from the background telling his son, "Brooklyn, we're leaving."

After acknowledging his father, Brooklyn Beckham talks back to the camera to say, "I've just reached a million followers..."

Then David Beckham appeared from behind him to boast, "I've got 52."

Chloe Grace Moretz's rumored boyfriend can only hang his head in shame.

He captioned the hilarious post, "Reached 1 million followers on my mums birthday. Thank u guys so much #ismydadcoolerthanme."

One fan commented, "Hahhhah he he is so cute and when his dad comes in I am dying best thing and his accent I am un love ahhh."

Another said, "Happy birthday to your beautifull mom. Btw your voice make me fucking melt ashh."

Clearly, the 16-year-old cares about his Instagram so much as Brooklyn Beckham flooded his account with pictures of the recent adult party he attended hosted by Burberry at the Los Angeles' Griffith Observatory.

Daily Mail reported, "On Thursday, the aspiring professional footballer was the life and soul of the party at Burberry's glamorous London In LA fashion event as he mingled with a large number of high-status pals, including Cara Delevingne, who bore a striking resemblance to a young Posh Spice on the night."

Based on the Daily Mail photo, Victoria Beckham was revealed to be the photographer in Brooklyn Beckham's Instagram posts.

In another shot, Chloe Grace Moretz's rumored boyfriend posed with legendary singer, Elton John, who's a friend of his famous parents, David and Victoria Beckham.

Brooklyn Beckham captioned the image, "With the coolest godfather @eltonjohn."
