YG Family Love Spreads As G-Dragon, Taeyang Show Support For Former Label Mate Se7en

For K-pop fans not familiar with YG Entertainment, it may seem a bit excessive that the group members attached to the label are always showing love and support for each other.

They should know however, they don't call themselves the 'YG Family' for nothing.

The YG Family love continues to permeate social media as Big Bang members G-Dragon and Taeyang both expressed support for the former YG Family member Se7en. After a more than cordial exit from the YG Entertainment label, Se7en has returned with a teaser for his musical project. With G-Dragon and Taeyang both expressing support on Twitter, it would seem that contracts don't diminish the family spirit.

"I love you my brother. Made fighting!" tweeted Se7en.

The support from G-Dragon and Taeyang came in the form of retweeting his new video teaser for the musical "Elizabeth." Se7en then responded to the love by expressing support for Big Bang's upcoming "Made" concert and album release.

The show of affection between the men is particularly heartwarming given Se7en's mutual agreement with YG to not renew his contract after his two year mandatory military service. Although some agencies may find it hard to support artists who are not under contract, YG Entertainment expressed intentions to show as much support for him as possible under his one-man agency.

Se7en is set to play Death or (Der Tod) in the "Elisabeth" musical that premieres June 13. Meanwhile, his "brothers" G-Dragon and Taeyang will begin their "Made" promotions with Big Bang starting on April 25 at their World Tour Concert event in Seoul. At the event, Big Bang will perform songs from their new album ahead of the May 1 single release date.

With all the scandals and difficulty among members of other labels, it's nice to see YG Entertainment artists continuing to support each other, even after the end of their contract.
