On April 24, the 2015 Asia Model Awards recognized Boyfriend, SISTAR, Super Junior subunit D&E and other idols and actors that are believed to be at the top of their music, fashion and beauty game.

"Thank you for giving us such an award as this," said Boyfriend after receiving their Popular Singer award, according to Allkpop.

"We had our first exclusive concert here last year, so there is even more meaning in receiving this award at the same location. We're in the midst of an Asia tour and as we've received this award, we will work even harder to wrap up the tour with success," Boyfriend added.

Meanwhile, Boyfriend's sister group and top-tier girl act, SISTAR, took home the Asia Star award.

"We're still lacking, but we are grateful and happy that you gave us this award. We will do our best in order to show you a good image from here on. Thank you so much."

Both groups also performed during the awards ceremony. SISTAR danced to their hit summer release, "Touch My Body" while Boyfriend performed "Bounce."

Super Junior subunit D&E won a popularity award as well.

Fashionable and talented actors were also recognized with popularity awards such as Reply 1994 actor Son Ho Joon (Popular Star Award), Avengers 2 actress Soo Hyun (Fashionista Award), ZE:A member and Misaeng star Siwan (Male Asia Special Award) and Healer actress Park Min Young (Female Asia Special Award).

The 2015 Model Awards is hosted by the Korea Model Association under the Korea Culture Industry's Federation, and was held at the Olympic Hall in Olympic Park, Seoul.
