The country star already looks fit less than three months after she gave birth Isaiah Fisher, her first child and son with Nashville Predators hockey star Mike Fisher. Carrie Underwood's Instagram post showed her lying down, wearing sunglasses and smiling at the camera. The upper portion of her bikini can be seen in her selfie.

Carrie Underwood does not always post bikini photos, so her Instagram shot was well received by fans. Many complimented how the "American Idol" winner looked happy and glowing in the picture.

Carrie Underwood's rare bikini selfie was also liked by a lot of her Instagram followers since she is known for being conservative.

However, Christian Today recently reported how Carrie Underwood surprised a lot of people after she expressed her support for gay marriages.

She recently praised "Ragtime" actress Audra McDonald and admitted her admiration for the star, who is known for standing up for gay marriages and other advocacies.

"Never afraid to stand up for what she believes, Audra is a strong voice speaking out for humane treatment of animals, dignity for the homeless and marriage equality," Carrie Underwood said.

Her interview about Audra McDonald was not the first time for Carrie Underwood to talk about gay marriages. According to a previous report by The Independent, the Grammy winner openly talked about marriage equality and every person's right to love.

"As a married person myself, I don't know what it's like to be told I can't marry somebody I love, and want to marry," she said.

"I can't imagine how that must feel. I definitely think we should all have the right to love, and love publicly, the people that we want to love."
