Kim Hyun Joong's Ex-Girlfriend Reportedly Files Slander Lawsuit Against Online Gossipers

Kim Hyun Joong's ex-girlfriend, known in the media as Ms. Choi, has reportedly filed a slander lawsuit against more than 100 online commenters, known as netizens, for allegedly spreading hate comments, reports Koreaboo.

Ms. Choi's legal representatives from a certain law firm "A" revealed that she had requested the cyber police in Yongsan, Seoul to begin investigating a hundred or so online commenters.

When asked for comment, the police said it "cannot say anything in details" but did not confirm or deny that such a case has been filed by Ms. Choi.

Ms. Choi has been the target of negative sentiment from Kim Hyun Joong fans ever since she was thrust into the limelight over his relationship with the popular actor-idol. Ms. Choi has also made legal actions against Kim Hyun Joong.

Last year, Ms. Choi filed an assault case against Kim Hyun Joong which was eventually settled between the two parties.

Controversy continued to surround the two as Ms. Choi was revealed to be pregnant with Kim Hyun Joong's child. She is expected to give birth in September but has been quoted that she will not be marrying the actor.

Then early this month, Ms. Choi also reportedly filed a $1.48 million damage lawsuit against Kim Hyun Joong over claims of psychological harm.

The string of negative news around Kim Hyun Joong has overshadowed much of his activities, and it has been reported that the actor will be enlisting on May 12, but neither the actor nor his agency has yet to confirm.
