'Five Nights At Freddy's 4' Theory Suggests New Spring Trap Suit With Human Inside

The announcement of "Five Nights at Freddy's 4: Final Chapter" sent Fazbear fans into a frenzy.

Many agreed however, that it is likely not the real "final chapter."

Just weeks after creator Scott Cawthon announced "Five Nights at Freddy's 4," several new theories based on his teaser photo were developed. The latest theory from popular YouTube channel 8-bit Gaming suggests that this new game will feature a spring trap suit with a human inside.

Most of 8-Bit Gaming's theory about "FNAF 4" comes from a close analysis of the teaser photo on Scott Cawthon's official website.

"If you actually look at the endoskeleton underneath this animatronic it has a very similar build towards the same one we saw in Spring Trap, and also the kind of design of the animatronic with the skinnier arms and slimmer build. It looks like the same build as Spring Trap," explained Ryan from 8-Bit Gaming.

"If you look at this animatronic there's something very distinct about him that we haven't actually seen. This guy seems to be standing upright . . . This could actually mean we're seeing not another animatronic but another person who's inside of him."

Additional evidence for 8-Bit Gaming's theory comes from another popular YouTube Channel, The Game Theorists. According to Matthew Patrick's theory based on previous lore, the Freddy and Bonnie suits always had the ability for humans to climb inside. This resulted in the "accident" at the sister location that the Phone Guy mentions, where two employees were killed when the springs closed in on them.

Since "Five Nights at Freddy's 3" could have featured Spring Trap Bonnie, there's certainly room for a new game with a Spring Trap Freddy.

Unfortunately for "Five Nights at Freddy's" theorists, Cawthon is not one for confirmation about his intentions. But then again, this makes for excellent story building on the parts of fans, which is arguably one of the reasons his franchise has done so well over the past two years.

Whether you buy into the spring trap human inside Freddy theory, fans will have to wait a few more months for confirmation. "Five Nights at Freddy's 4" is set to be released on Oct. 31.
