Former EXO member and rising Chinese movie star Kris (real name Wu Yi Fan) has secured his sixth film project. The film is titled L.O.R.D (Legend of Ravaging Dynasties) and it is about four supernatural kingdoms fighting for control of the realm. Kris will be sharing the big screen with acclaimed Chinese actress Fan Bingbing.

Director and YA novelist Guo Jingming updated his Weibo account with three tease images of Kris in character. Along with the pictures he posted the message, "You are the ice and snow king, you are the frozen ice of the last age. You are the dark night of despair, you are the sweetest innocence. Through the voices of thousands, you finally made the appointment. @Yifan #MovieLORD."

Kris reposted his update and added, "Director, your avid readers told me that in the end of your novels and movies the protagonist always dies," he said. "I'm a little nervous, can you give me a way out? I would like to be in sequels..."

In the teaser posters, Kris looked intensely into the camera with bright blue eyes.

The movie has an expected release date for the summer of 2016.

Recently, Kris walked the red carpet at the Met Gala, along with other international stars like Vogue Editor-in-Chief Anna Wintour, American singer Rihanna and South Korean superstar Rain.
