Former Girls' Generation vocalist Jessica Jung will be holding her first solo fan event in Thailand, at the BCC Hall Central Ladprao in Bankok on May 23. 

“Creative director Jessica Jung will be holding her first-ever fan meet in Thailand!” read a statement posted Monday on the former K-pop icon's fashion label Blanc & Eclare's Facebook page. “The first 150 customers purchasing eyewear will be offered complimentary tickets.”

Fans in different countries hoped that one day she would visit them as well.

"I wish I could be there!" wrote M Mercedes Rhenals in a post published Tuesday on the Blanc Group official Facebook page. "One day you should make a meeting in New York please!"

Other fans were jealous of the lucky Thai locals that scored VIP access.

"Backstage passes? At this moment I want to be a Thailander," wrote Christy Un. 

Tickets for the May 23 meet and greet went on sale Monday.
