UNIQ’s ‘EOEO’ Music Video Tops More Than 20 Million Views Thanks To Group's Increasing Popularity In China

Boy group UNIQ's music video of their new track "EOEO" surpassed 20 million views.

"The 'EOEO' music video hit 13.9 million views on Tudou and 1.3 million views on Yinyuetai in China alone. The total number of views surpassed 20 million and the group is gaining attention with achievements unexpected from rookies," UNIQ's agencies Yuehua Entertainment and Starship Entertainment commented on May 14th.

In the music video, UNIQ members catch the viewers' attention with sexy and powerful movements. The music video was directed under K-pop's music video giant Hong Wonki of Zanybros and boasts its large scale. It has been gaining great popularity in both China and Korea since its release.

Additionally, UNIQ's first mini album EOEO decorated the main pages of China's 4 largest portal websites (Sina, QQ, Sohu, 163) and became one of the "hot issues" on Sina Weibo. The group was also given the honor of winning China's Ku Asia Music Awards on April 23rd. The biggest music distribution sites Kugou and Kuwo give the Ku Asia Music Awards, and it is one of the most prestigious music awards in China.
