Bruce Jenner's ex-wife, Linda Thompson, will reportedly pen a tell-all book about the former Olympian. The two were married for five years and decided to part ways in 1986. They have been blessed with sons, Brandon, 33, and Brody, 31.

Jenner has four more biological children.

An insider told Life & Style magazine that the songwriter really wanted to air her side of the story. However, one thing previously stopped her from handing in the book to publishers.

"Linda has been writing it for years but has held off publishing it because of Bruce's transgender secret. Now she can finally be truthful about everything," the report said.

Bruce Jenner's ex-wife, Linda Thompson, is allegedly planning to reveal unpleasant details about Kris Jenner in the tell-all book. Bruce and Kris Jenner parted ways in October 2013 after being married for 22 years.

For Linda Thompson, the "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" matriarch is the reason why Bruce Jenner initially held back his decision to become a transgender.

"Linda blames Kris for making Bruce go back into the closet in the '80s. This book won't be pretty for Kris," added the insider.

The father of Kendall and Kylie Jenner said in his exclusive interview with ABC's Diane Sawyer that he already felt the need to transition into a woman when he first dated the momager. He then stopped taking hormonal supplements when their romance flourished.

"I kind of downplayed it. I feel like in a lot of ways, when you love somebody, you have a tendency, you don't want to hurt them. I probably was not as good at saying, 'This is really down deep in my soul and I don't know if I can go any farther like this," Bruce Jenner told Diane Sawyer.

He also added that the whole thing was "tough" on Kris Jenner. He praised the momager for being a good person.
