JYP Entertainment CEO Park Jin Young is a successful musician and businessman. Although he may be picky with his music and styling, we should accept his producing and recording skills when looking at his successful history.

He is currently a judge on the audition program, SBS "K-Pop Star 2" along with YG Entertainment Yang Hyun Suk and SM Entertainment BoA.

Park Jin Young is also the only artist that is both the CEO and singer of his own agency. When looking at the other agencies, Yang Hyun Suk is only the CEO and not an artist and BoA is a singer of SM and not familiar with the business aspect of the agency. When looking at it from this perspective, Park Jin Young is in a win-win position because he is knowledgeable in both the artist and CEO perspective.

Park Jin Young can be seen as the best judge in certain aspects. He is great at making an issue with his bold statements to the contestants, but the problem lies in his critique.

Although he is informative and knowledgable in this area, his problem lies in that he is so caught up with his own methods that he forgets to acknowledge and understand the other person's thoughts and opinions. Although it is true that he is looking at it from a judge's standpoint, there does need to be times where even the judge should take into consideration the thoughts of the contestant as well.

Such an instance could be that the contestant's hand gestures and emotion to be fake. Although to him it looked and sounded fake, the contestant themselves could have been singing from the heart. Critiquing the contestant on their gestures seems irrelevant as it is a singing audition and being critiqued on their voice is the main focus.

There are many other points that are irrelevant to the audition's critique that he uses as well such as one being a 'professional' and one being an 'amateur' and how one sounds like an imitation of another singer while another has found their own style of music. It is impossible to know if that is indeed an imitation of someone's voice or if that really is someone's own style of music. 

Although there are some negative aspects that are pointed towards this CEO, he is also that much of a talented musician and producer. He would not have made it up this far if it weren't for his superb skills in this field. 

Sometimes, hearing different perspectives and viewpoints is needed in order to succeed.
