SHINee Mock Themselves And Make Us Laugh During 'SNL Korea' Appearance

K-pop group SHINee proved that the five members are able to laugh at themselves on SNL Korea.

On May 30, the SM Entertainment idol act appeared on SNL Korea and showed straight faces through a multitude of skits that made fun of the group and its past. Throughout the show, SHINee recalled their past songs and iconic moments while showing off their skills as comedians.

Several segments from the show garnered SHINee attention due to their humorous acting, and also for multiple jokes that mocked SHINee's past. SNL Korea uploaded seven videos from the episode to YouTube, which were viewed nearly half a million times combined by fans around the world.

One clip went viral after SNL Korea showed SHINee's Minho performing a rap from the group's song "SHINee World," which has since gone viral among fans of the group due to Minho's rap and the onomotopeia lyrics "dibidibidis" sung by the group. "SHINee World" was featured on SHINee's debut album, "The SHINee World" in 2008.

The same clip also featured SHINee performing the dance to another early song, "Ring Ding Dong."

Along with making fun of old performances and songs, SHINee's guest appearance on SNL Korea was filled with member Key crossdressing and member Taemin appearing as a boy grown from a box.

SHINee made a comeback with the album "Odd" on May 18, and have been promoting the title song "View" on multiple Korean shows.
