SM Entertainment will be seeking out talented new trainees throughout the summer months across five countries for its Global Audition this year, namely in Canada, China, Russia, Kazakhstan and Mongolia.

Super Junior-M Henry, who himself was discovered by one of the agency's Global Audition stops in his home country of Canada, did the honors of announcing this year's search for the next SM Entertainment stars in a video uploaded on YouTube on June 1.

"Ladies and gentlemen of all ages, my name is Henry. And I have some great news for all of you. What is that? SM Town Global Auditions will be held this summer break. Yes."

"And listen carefully, the countries that it'll be held in are China, Russia, Kazakhstan, Mongolia and... my very favorite Canada."

Henry went on to describe the general eligibility requirements for potential audition candidates.

"Anyone regardless of age and nationality are all welcome. Any talent whatsoever, you're all welcome."

The idol then pointed interested applicants to learn more about the audition requirements and process at the official SM Town website.

The last part of the video details the list of city stops for the SM Global Audition such as July 7 in Vancouver, Canada; August 1 in Moscow, Russia; August 9 in Beijing, China; August 23 in Hong Kong, China and several other cities in between.
