HIGH4 To Make Brief Appearance South Of The Border With Show Later This Month In Mexico City

The four-member K-pop boy band HIGH4 will be taking their stage show to North America later this month, with a performance at the Pepsi Center in Mexico City on June 21, according to their label N.A.P Entertainment.

Entitled "K Much en Conceirto he Mexico City," 2,500 tickets will be reportedly available for the HIGH4 show. Despite the commercial-sounding name, the Pepsi Center is actually a revered venue, according to a statement released Tuesday by HIGH4's label N.A.P Entertainment.

"According to the local [promoter] the Pepsi Center is like a sacred place for many musicians in Mexico and all the 2,500 seats will be sold out."

According to label reps, HIGH4's jaunt in America will be short-lived.

The K-pop quartet, who debuted in April of last year, plan to depart Seoul on June 20, flying into Los Angeles before heading South to Mexico City. They will then fly back to Korea on June 22.

Fortunately for the group, they will have someone to help them navigate what is sure to be a chaotic maiden voyage to Mexico. Born in New York City, band member Alex, speaks English and some Spanish, allowing at least for some communication with local fans.

HIGH4 released their latest single, “Baby Boy,” on Thursday.
