BEAST's Son Dongwoon To Begin His Solo Activities In Japan

BEAST member Son Dongwoon began promoting for his Japan solo debut in July.

With the release of his solo debut album "Kimishika" ahead on July 1, Son Dongwoon left for Japan on June 9 to begin his promotion activities. He will go back and forth between Korea and Japan until the album's release.

Son Dongwoon is planning various events such as live performances, broadcasting activities, fan autograph events, handshake events, and more. It was revealed that Son Dongwoon also wrote a few tracks' Japanese lyrics and fans' anticipation is rising for this opportunity to witness his musical talents and colors.

The solo debut album will be composed of 6 tracks including its title track "Kimishika," which will transmit Son Dongwoon's deep emotions and charms. It was composed by production team Good Life.

BEAST previously opened an independent Japanese record label BEAST Music in March and dominated the iTunes charts. Their track "Can't Wait to Love You" from May topped Oricon daily charts and proved the group's increasing popularity. Consequently, all eyes are on Son Dongwoon as he makes his debut in Japan and curiosity is rising over whether he will be able to capture the fans' hearts outside of the group.
