Block B's Taeil To Host Special Meet & Greet Session For Japanese Fans On June 18

Block B member Taeil, who released his first solo digital single last March, will be meeting Japanese fans next week on June 18 at the Shinokubo K-Stage O!

The special meet-and-greet was announced through Block B's Japanese official website.

Taeil released his first solo digital single "Shaking" on March 27 along with a music video.

Taeil is looking to tap into the popularity of Block B in Japan, where the group's songs have risen to the top of the charts. Block B's "Very Good" recorded impressive pre-order numbers for a Japanese debut single.

As proof of their popularity in Japan, Block B also attracted more than 10,000 fans during their first overseas solo concert, "2014 Blockbuster in Japan" which comprised of performances in Grand Cube Osaka and Maihami Amphitheater.

After the Japanese meet-and-greet, Taeil and the rest of Block B will be preparing for their stateside performance as part of the KCON 2015 LA lineup.

Block B will be joining KCON 2015 LA, a 3-day convention in Los Angelese, California, from July 31 to August 2.

Other confirmed groups for KCON 2015 LA include Super Junior and AOA, among others.

A week after KCON 2015 LA on August 8, Girls Generation and other acts will perform in the KCON 2015 NY to be held in Newark.
