Lee Seung Gi Returns With 6th Studio Album ‘And’ After 2 Years And 7 Months Of Hiatus

Lee Seung Gi's 6th studio album was finally unveiled on June 10 after 2 years and 7 months of hiatus since his "Forest" album was released.

The title track "And Goodbye" was composed by Kim Do Hoon, who is also known for composing Lee Seung Gi's hit tracks "Unfinished Story," "Let's Break Up," and "Will You Marry Me." "And Goodbye" is a British style rock-ballad track featuring piano and string instruments. Lee Seung Gi's captivating and emotional voice add sadness to the track.

The album's first track "Wind" was composed and written by Kim I-na. It captivates listeners with poetic lyrics and sincere voice of Lee Seung Gi. "Friend" is a soul track with intense emotions. It's a track dedicated to comforting and supporting old friends.

"Love" and "You and I" are tracks that led Lee Seung To to make this 6th album. In "Love," Lee Seung Gi calmly expresses his feelings toward love and in "You and I," he captures attention by not expressing a break up as a sad moment but a memory. Lee Seung Gi also participated in rearranging this track and displayed his musical talents.

Lee Seung Gi also participated in composing "What to Do," "Carrying a Backpack," and "The Time We Shared." "What to Do" is a styish punk track that reflects the humorous and witty side of Lee Seung Gi. Its lyric talk about how Lee Seung Gi previously embarrassed himself with his dancing and rap skills. "Carrying a Backpack" is a medium paced track that talks about taking a journey through emotions, and "The Time We Shared" is Lee Seung Gi's message to his fans.

"As it's been 2 years and 7 months, Lee Seung Gi is nervous and excited about his comeback. Each track is addicting and listeners will be able to hear Lee Seung Gi's improved skills through his co-composed tracks," added his agency Hook Entertainment on Wednesday to the Korean news website OSEN.
