Khloe Kardashian Reveals Weight Loss, Diet Secrets 2015 On Instagram & Twitter, And It's Not Liposuction

Khloe Kardashian took to her Instagram and Twitter accounts to reveal her weight loss and diet secrets of 2015, following rumors that she had undergone liposuction to get her new svelte figure. Khloe Kardashian revealed a few tips on how to shed those extra pounds, and it's all down to hard work and self control.

According to Yahoo! UK, Khloe took to Twitter to slam rumors that liposuction is the reason behind her recent weight loss. She also posted some tips on Instagram that reveal her latest diet secrets of 2015, and they're pretty simple to follow!

Khloe Kardashian wrote on Twitter: "I find it disgusting but maybe a compliment that I'm being accused of getting Lipo done. I work out 5 days a week. I bust my ass!"

Khloe added: "Why is it so hard to give credit where credits due? I work my ass off in the gym. Again maybe I should be flattered?!?! Hummmmm.

"By the way.... I'm sending this tweet from the gym! Hi hater!!!"

So Khloe's secret to weight loss? Hard work and a consistent exercise routine! She is frequently spotted running to the gym and taking Soul Cycle classes.

The liposuction rumors started from a Radar Online article, where an insider claimed that "Khloe got serious lipo done on her waistline, tummy and legs over three months ago."

Meanwhile, the "Keeping Up With The Kardashians" star took to Instagram last week to reveal her latest diet secret: water! Khloe credits drinking six litres of water for her slimmer figure. 

Khloe Kardashian posted a photo of two bottles of water infusers, with a caption that shared her weight loss and diet secret with fans: 

"My water tip of the day. I try to consume about 5 to 6 L of water a day. (based off of my body weight and how much I workout this number was given to me by a nutritionist) Of course, this does not happen every single day but the point is I try. But let's be honest... Water does tend to get boring after a while. So My current obsession is infused waters. Detox water, fruit flavored water, or fruit infused water; infused water can generally be any combination of fruits, vegetables, and herbs immersed in cold water.
