New K-Pop Group Seventeen Surpass 1 Million Views With 'Adore U' Debut

On June 12, rookie boy group Seventeen reached 1 million views on their debut music video "Adore U!"

Seventeen released "Adore U" exactly two weeks ago on May 29, along with their debut album 17 Carat. They are managed by Pledis Entertainment who known for acts like After School, Orange Caramel, and NU'EST.

The thirteen member group has garnered a lot of attention over the course of their four year preparations. Fans started falling in love with group especially during MBC Music's Seventeen Project - Debut Big Plan that aired the production process of their album.

Especially outstanding about Seventeen is their title as "self-producing idols." Member Woozi (born in 1996) wrote, composed, and produced "Adore U" while member Hoshi (also born in 1996) choreographed the dance. At such a young age Seventeen is already actively engaging in the creation of their music, proving that they are more than performers from the get to.

"Adore U" is an upbeat and addictive track that fits the youthfulness of the members perfectly. Surpassing 1 million views as a new group is a huge achievement. Fans of Seventeen should feel proud of the help they provided to reach this accomplishment.
