Britney Spears is dating a new guy after ending her engagement to Jason Trawick in January. Spears and her new guy, David, went on a date for Valentine's Day, TMZ reported.

Last week, Spears went out to dinner with her new man. The pair was seen eating at a sushi restaurant, where David reportedly paid for the $60 bill and left a $13 tip.

Spears's 27-year-old new squeeze is a 'field researcher' for a law firm. He is reportedly from Atlanta and not very well off. 

The couple met through mutual friends, and enjoyed dinner and golf together. Since David golfs frequently, Spears was inspired to join the private golf club where she lives, Sherwood Country Club.

Before her Valentine's Day date, Spears's team responded to accusations that Britney didn't sing on her Will.i.am track, 'Scream And Shout'. They were responding to backlash resulting from rapper Eve stating, "I heard that might not be Britney," on Watch What Happens Live. The episode aired on Tuesday, Feb. 12.

In response, Britney Spears's spokesman told TMZ, "It's absolutely B.S. Britney sang the song. Will.i.am wanted her for this song and she sang on it."

On the same day her press team refuted the rumors, Spears leaked the remix video to 'Scream And Shout' on Twitter just hours before its official release.
