Kim Kardashian Quits Reality Show: 'Keeping Up With The Kardashians' Star Says Boyfriend Kanye West 'Has Taught Me A Lot About Privacy'

Kim Kardashian will quit her reality show "Keeping Up With the Kardashians" after next season, according to USA Today.

The eighth season of the popular reality show premieres on the E! Network in June. The following season, season nine, will be her last, Kardashian says.

Kim's says her move to quit "Keeping Up With the Kardashians" was inspired by lessons learned from her boyfriend, rap superstar Kanye West.

"My boyfriend has taught me a lot about privacy," Kardashian told Dujour Magazine. "I'm ready to be a little less open about some things, like my relationships. I'm realizing everyone doesn't need to know everything. I'm shifting my priorities."

Kim had said in the past that she didn't want her baby to appear on the show after it was born. Kardashian is currently pregnant with Kanye West's child.

Last year, Kim's sister and reality show co-star, Khloe Kardashian had her second child in front of the E! cameras. She also allowed the "Keeping Up With the Kardashians" crew to film her breastfeeding.

Apparently determined to maintain a modicum of privacy around her pregnancy, Kim is now looking to the future.

"I think there's always an evolution of, you know, what you want to do in life," Kardashian said. "It's all about finding things that really excite you and motivate you and spark you all over again."
