Nicki Minaj still has Twitter buzzing.

On Valentines Day Minaj posted three sizzling photos on Twitter. The poolside photoshoot featured the Nicki bent over next to a pool in a neon thong bikini.

"Happy Vag Day boys," Minaj tweeted, along with the hashtag "jerk responsibly."

The sexy Minaj photos feature the "Starships" singer flanked by lush tropical surroundings.

The nearly 16 million Nicki Minaj Twitter followers promptly freaked out.

"ARE YOU TRYING TO KILL US...?" tweeted Naruto Uzumaki. "*Catches Breath* My Valentines present."

"MY MOUTH DROPPEDDD JUS NOWW AND IS WATERINGGGG.." wrote Scooby The Boss.

Like many of the responses to the Nicki Minaj photo shoot, the next part of Boss's tweet is too explicit to publish.

Later that day, Minaj asked her fans to post their own sexy photos on Twitter.

"ok boyz&barbz...show me wutchoo got! post ya pic now!" wrote Nicki. "i wanna give away some vagday cash to the sexiest #dude and #barb GO!!! LMAOOOOOO"

Minaj was praised earlier this month for bringing back Simon Cowell's tough style to "American Idol" this season. Nicki is a judge on the Fox singing competition, now in its 12^th season.

After two seasons of celebrity hosts like J-Lo or Aerosmith's Steven Tyler offering bland, useless positive reinforcement like "you're in it to win it," "American Idol" fans have found a pop star that is willing to show some tough love in Minaj.

"I'm pretty sure that flame is now completely burnt out. I'm so disappointed," Nicki told her pet contestant Papa Peachez. "I can't believe you would allow this competition to suck that amazing quality out of you. I just hope that you realize how special you are."

When the judges axed Peachez along with other several contestants, Minaj added:

"This was the one time to fight for your life, and if you didn't fight for your life, then you'll probably be pretty upset with yourself. You should be."

She turned to Keith Urban, infuriated.

"I'm so f***in' disappointed," Minaj railed. "What the f*** was that?"
