Lindsay Lohan Rips Apart $1,700 Dress Charlie Sheen Got Her, Then Allegedly Tries To Return It [VIDEO]

Lindsay Lohan ripped apart a $1,700 Theia Couture dress Charlie Sheen asked his stylist to lend her, and then tried to return it, according to the Daily News.

Lohan wore the dress at an amFAR fundraiser on February 6, but when the $1,700 dress allegedly was ripped at the event, the "Mean Girls" claimed she had to take matters into her own hands, according to one source.

"She said the dress ripped by accident and she got scissors from a bouncer at a club

to fix it," a witness told The Daily News on Wednesday. "She said she didn't have a choice in the matter. God only knows what really happened."

Lohan cut the Theia Couture dress up until it resembled a mullet, according to some spectators.

"The dress came back shredded, and you just don't do that to people," the witness said. "It's disgusting in the sense that this was a beautiful dress with intricate chains and beading."

Two weeks later, Lohan tried to return the dress, to her stylist for the amFAR event, Phillip Bloch, who was surprisingly understanding.

"The dress situation is being handled," Bloch told Newsday on Wednesday. "Personally, I'm disappointed because I really enjoyed working with her."

According to US Weekly, it was Charles Sheen who facilitated Blotch lending Lohan the dress. Sheen also allegedly offered his "Scary Movie 5" co-star $100,000 back in November to help with her tax troubles.

Lohan rejected Sheen's offer.

The witness of Lindsay's scissor shenanigans says she was baffled at the star's behavior.

"There was no need to cut the dress," the witness said. "She supposedly had another short dress with her in the car."

Does Lindsay Lohan's behavior remind anyone else of this classic Mentos commercial?
