Fans will remember Finn Wittrock from "American Horror Story: Freak Show," but pop star Lady Gaga and Matt Bomer, who plays Neal Caffrey on "White Collar," are newcomers to the "AHS" cast.

According to TVLine.com, many franchise alumni will return for "American Horror Story: Hotel," including Sarah Paulson, Kathy Bates, Evan Peters, Angela Bassett, Chloe Sevigny and Wes Bentley. Max Greenfield, who plays Schmidt on "New Girl," is another new face to join "AHS" season 5.

While details about Lady Gaga's role in "American Horror Story: Hotel" season 5 have been scarce, a few spoilers were suggested at the For Your Consideration panel last Thursday night.

"Are you out of your mind?" "AHS" actress Kathy Bates asked an audience member who asked about the "nontraditional" casting. "It's perfect casting for this show!"

"I'd set your TiVos if I were you," executive producer Tim Minear teased.
