CNBLUE's Jung Yong Hwa Performs Impressive 110-Kilogram Deadlift Exercise

CNBLUE singer Jung Yong Hwa shows that aside from having a pretty face he also has a strong body, which he showed off in a new exercise video.

Yong Hwa uploaded one of his gym session clips on Instagram where he is seen performing a deadlift exercise with a 110-kilogram barbell.

The video shows Yong Hwa lifting the heavy barbell up and down a couple of times. The idol's personal trainer spots him from behind to make sure he does the exercise in proper form to avoid injuries

Fans that saw the singer perform the impressive deadlift exercise were impressed. They also complimented the idol's fit physique but also expressed worries that he might strain himself from working out intensively.

"So strong! You are doing it well baby," "Your arms look great in that shirt," "Don't make it harder Yong even if you don't have much muscle you're still my one and only. Love you take good care always and forever," said fans on Instagram.

Yong Hwa has been reported to appear in one of the two spin-offs - a Korean-Chinese and a Korean-Thai - of the popular Korean variety show Dream Team. He will join the likes of EXO's Xiumin, Super Junior's Eunhyuk, SHINee's Minho, EXID's Hani, GOT7's Jackson and FT Island's Lee Hong Ki in the upcoming episodes which will air starting in August.
