Teen Top recently released their second video teaser for "Ah-ah," giving fans a sneak peak at the fun and outrageous dance paired with the song.

Teen Top are no strangers to complicated dance steps that both impress and hurt our legs as we try to imitate them. Ahead of their comeback on June 22, we put together a list of five Teen Top dances to check out before "Ah-ah" is released!

1. Teen Top

With robotic flair and crisp movements, "Teen Top" is a captivating dance to watch. Though not a title track, Teen Top (the group) manages to put a lot of power and energy into the "Teen Top's" (the song) choreography. Not to mention the end of the performance is probably one of the coolest dance finishes we've ever seen-- but we won't spoil it for you.

2. No More Perfume On You

"No More Perfume On You" is filled with fun moments that make you want to watch it over and over again. The way the six members mirror each other gives the dance an added level of balance, drawing viewers in to its deceptively difficult choreography. Most importantly, we think the "sniff dance" is definitely one of the cutest dance moves to happen in K-pop.

3. To You

Though "To You" has a much slower sound than many of Teen Top's other tracks, the dance doesn't fail to impress with its intensity. The use of boxes adds another level (literally) to their movements and allows more diversity as the boys switch from standing to sitting as they dance. Plus who doesn't love those shoulder shimmies and body rolls?

4. Missing

"Missing" takes everything we loved about "To You" and takes it to the next level. The parallel movements between the standing members and sitting members adds in a new and unique element to the dance, and is kind of like a combination of what we loved about "No More Perfume On You" and "To You." "Missing's" choreography as a whole fits the mature vibe of the song and shows off Teen Top's growth not only as artists but as men, too. We also can't help but admire Niel's Michael Jackson-esque solo.  

5. Rocking

It's impossible to watch Teen Top do a shuffle step and not think of this iconic dance. Teen Top is no stranger to adding shuffling elements to their dances (showcased in "Be Ma Girl," "To You," "No More Perfume On You," among others) but "Rocking" really takes the cake for the most extensive dance step we've seen from the group. That being said, it looks like "Ah-ah" is ready to rival it!
