Fans of EXO's Kai are growing worried after a video of him appearing to almost faint went viral.

EXO continued their EXO'luXion tour in Thailand this past weekend, performing at Impact Arena on June 20 and 21. During the show, a fan captured a video where member Kai pauses and then stumbles forward. Luckily, he catches himself quickly before potentially falling to the ground but as he places his hands on his knees fans are quick to note that he looks unwell. The video was uploaded to Vine.

Some fans have attributed his falling due to his low blood pressure and have commented on how he seemed tired during the concert. However, other fans have asserted that the performer is fine and merely stumbled. Regardless of whether or not fans agree he almost passed out, many have noted how exhausted Kai looks in the video.

EXO has been busy balancing their EXO'luXion concert schedules with local promotions in Korea for their latest song "Love Me Right," so the chances of Kai being exhausted are quite high.

Whether or not he nearly fainted, we hope that Kai feels better soon.
