Super Junior Announce 10th Anniversary Comeback Plans

Super Junior returns, marking ten years since debuting in 2005.

Ten years after debuting under SM Entertainment as a rotating project group known as Super Junior '05, Super Junior shows its strength as one of the top Korean idol acts with the announcement of a summer 2015 comeback.

On June 24, Super Junior's agency, SM Entertainment, revealed that the group is amidst preparations to release a new album in mid-July. Super Junior's album is speculated to follow an album by SM Entertainment's top girl group, Girls' Generation.

However, Conflicting reports say that it will not be a full album release in July but a special gift for fans.

Super Junior's official anniversary is in November, but the group's planned comeback will take place in the summer.

Along with reports of a new release from Super Junior in July, the group is holding encore concerts of "Super Show 6" in Seoul on July 11-12.

Super Junior's latest Korean album was 2014's "Mamacita." The July album will be the first album with member Yesung following his return from mandatory service in the Korean military, and also the first without members Sungmin and Shindong, who began their service last May.

Super Junior will appear at KCON 2015 in Los Angeles on July 31-August 2.
