Cube Entertainment Founder Revealed As Lyricist For BTOB's 'I'm Okay'

The lyricist for BTOB's upcoming summer comeback has been revealed to be Cube Entertainment's founder Hong Seung Sung.

The company founder personally wrote the lyrics to the boy group's upcoming title track "It's Okay" for their first full album Complete. It is unusual for high ranking employees in agencies to participate in the lyrics of their groups' songs. Still, according to XSports News, he chose to write the lyrics directly in order to fully convey heartfelt emotions through the song. Song Young Jin and Jo Seong Ho acted as co-composers for the track as well.

"With a calm melody and lyrics, we hope 'It's Okay' will help [listeners] overcome the sorrows in life," Cube Officials shared.

Cube Entertainment was founded by Hong Seung Sung and Shin Jung Hwa in 2006. Hong Seung Sung is also a former president of JYP Entertainment. Cube Entertainment houses many popular idols and groups such as G.NA, Beast, 4Minute, and CLC in addition to BTOB.

BTOB will return with "I'm Okay" and their album Complete on June 29 at midnight KST. Until then, fans can check out audio teasers for the whole album.
