Kim Kardashian was stunning in a white Donna Karan gown Sunday night that brought a touch of "Spartacus" to Elton John's AIDS Foundation Oscar viewing party in West Hollywood.

The dress featured a modest neckline with diamond embellishments. Kim held on to her white fur stole throughout the Oscar party to cover her ever-increasing baby bump.

Kardashian's classy look was in stark contrast to the graphic new cover photo the she posed in with boyfriend rapper Kanye West for the French magazine L'Officiel Hommes

The shot features Kim and Kanye--set to become parents in July--engaged in a passionate naked embrace. The racy cover photo was the buzz of the internet Saturday.

But Sunday night, Kardashian was all class with sisters Kourtney and Khloe at the party.

Youngest sister Khloe, who is 28, arrived late to the 2013 Oscar event in a neon green floor length dress.

"Sometimes a girl doesn't want her picture taken... Sneak in and sneak out," Khloe tweeted later on Sunday night.

Kim admitted to Cosmopolitan recently that she had once judged older sister Kourtney, 33, for having a baby with boyfriend Scott Disick out of wedlock.

"I was like, 'You're not married! How could you do this?' I was really firm and strict," Kardashian said. "But she was like, 'Marriage isn't what I want.' And later, I realized she had a better family life than I did." 

Kim told Dujour that pregnancy isn't nearly as fun as she thought it was going to be.

"I used to always say I can't wait to get pregnant because I will just eat whatever I want, but it's completely different," she said. "I'm like, okay, I want to eat as healthy as possible. Though lately I've been watching shows like 'I'm Pregnant And Addicted to Meth.' It definitely makes me feel better if I'm wanting one sip of Diet Coke or, you know, too much sugar. I'm like, 'this woman is on meth.'"
