Lisa Traylor-Wolff: An Indiana Judge Accused Of Sex With Clients

Lisa-Taylor Wolff is a lawyer and part time judge from Indiana who is in danger of losing her career after allegations she has been sleeping with clients.

Traylor-Wolff was assigned to defend her 26-year-old client whose name is not known, from a felony charge.

It is alleged that she and her client had sex in a jailhouse interview room while Traylor-Wolf visited on legal business.

Twitter was buzzing about the story, Jenna Butlr says "Silly attorney, I don't even want to touch the table at the jail...yuck"

"Just when you think you've heard it all," was from Kevin Corke.

The Indiana Commission on Judicial Qualifications says she began a "physically intimate relationship with a 26-year-old client." The Commission is investigating the allegation and whether or not any disciplinary actions will be taken against her.

The Dailymail reports that Traylor-Wolff had not responded to any requests for comments. But they report that she has not renewed her judgeship for 2013.

The formal charges against her read as violating four rules of professional conduct, including restrictions that prohibits a lawyer from having sexual relations with a client, prohibits a lawyer from representing a client if there is a significant risk that the representation will be materially limited by a personal interest of the lawyer, and requires a judge to promote confidence in the integrity of the judiciary and to avoid impropriety.

Since the charges have been filed Traylor-Wolff will have twenty days to respond, then the case will go to the Supreme Court.
