Today we're whisking off to a relaxing, wine-soaked stay in Napa Valley, California. former Girls' Generation member Jessica Jung traveled there recently with her mom, and her photos looked too luscious to ignore.

The northern California area is known for its sunny skies, tranquil vineyards, old world charm, stunning views, and peaceful resorts. Days can be spent lounging by the pool, getting a spa treatment, biking through vineyards or some of the area's other natural beauty, and, of course, tasting wines at some of Napa's several vineyards.

It's hard to find a bad winery in the bunch, so trust your friends, hotel concierge, or Google to find the ones you want to visit. Some of the most popular include Beaulieu Vineyard, which is known for being one of the oldest and most historic wineries; Cliff Lede, which is popular among both young and Baby Boomer for its rock n' roll inspired wine; Failla Wines, beloved among wine connoisseurs for its award-winning wines and scenic vineyard views; or Long Meadow Ranch, which incorporates a farm-to-table, mouth-watering meal with a vineyard tour.

Many of the wineries offer shuttle buses to and from prominent points in Napa Valley. Or, if you're feeling a little athletic and adventurous, you might rent a bike to ride around the gorgeous area and take in a few vineyards along the way. No matter how you get there, though, the tours have the potential to be the highlight of your trip.

Not a wine fan? Or not 21? Don't worry, there's plenty to do in Napa Valley that doesn't involve sipping away at vineyards. You could spend a day on the water on a rented boat or jet ski, try to catch your dinner fly fishing, relax in the Calistoga Hot Springs, shop at some of the area's specialty stores, or check out the vineyards with a bird's eye view from a hot air balloon.
