Tina Fey says there's 'No Way' she'll host the Oscars in 2014 after she and Amy Poehler earned excellent reviews for their hosting job at the Golden Globes 2013.

The Saturday Night Live writer and star denies that she would consider taking the hosting job at the Oscars next year.

Seth MacFarlane hosted this year's Oscars, joking with William Shatner during his opening routine 'from the future' that his first hosting gig would be badly received. The 39-year-old creator of Family Guy tweeted yesterday on February 26 that there's "no way" he'll ever do the Oscars again.

He 'quoted' future critics in his Oscars skit as saying, "Why couldn't they get Tina and Amy to host?"

MacFarlane's prediction turned out to be true, both about his critical reception and the speculation of Tina Fey hosting next year's Oscars.

Fey joked to the Huffington Post that "it's an honor to be 'Shatnered,'" but went on to say that she had no intention of following MacFarlane as the next host for the Oscars.

Fey seems to agree with MacFarlane's sentiment.

She explained, "I just feel like that gig is so hard. Especially for, like, a woman - the amount of months that would be spent trying on dresses alone...No way," Us reported.

Previous hosts in recent years include Billy Crystal, James Franco, Anne Hathaway, Alec Baldwin, Steve Martin, Hugh Jackman, Jon Stewart and Ellen Degeneres.

However much Fey and Poehler enjoyed hosting the Golden Globes, Fey maintains that there's little chance that she'll change her mind about hosting next year's Oscars.

She said, "I wish I could tell you there was."

Fey does have new projects coming out. The NBC comedy 30 Rock ended this past January, but the comedian will start shooting the next Muppets movie next March.

That same month, her movie Admission opens in theaters.

Fey is in the process of developing another sitcom for NBC, and will also shoot a movie called Mail Order Groom this summer co-starring Steve Carell.
