Lindsay Lohan Back Taxes Nightmare: Star Owes $56,000 To California Plus $233,000 IRS Bill, 'Pandemonium Surrounds Her' Friend Says

Lindsay Lohan really needs to pay her taxes.

The 26-year-old "Mean Girls" star already has owed over $233,000 to the IRS for unpaid taxes in 2009 and 2010. Now Lohan is being hit with an additional $56,717.90 for income taxes from the state of California from 2011, according to TMZ.

Although the website reports that Charlie Sheen paid $100,000 to cover Lohan's 2009 taxes, there is no world on what Lindsay will do about 2010 and 2011.

Considering April 15 is less than six weeks away, can someone please get this girl a decent accountant?

Lohan's roblems with her taxes comes on the heels of other legal difficulties.

The actress is currently charged with three misdemeanors stemming from a June accident on the Pacific Coast Highway when LiLo's Porsche smashed into a dump truck.

Lindsay allegedly told cops she wasn't driving, which later proved to be a lie. Lohan is charged with lying to California police, reckless driving and obstruction.

Because the actress was on probation at the time of the accident, Lohan could face up to eight months in prison, according to the Daily News.

"For some reason, she's always in the eye of a hurricane, and sometimes she loses control," a source close to Lindsay recently told the paper. "Pandemonium surrounds her."

The source's comments were in response to Lohan's last round of crazy behavior, when the actress tore up a $1,700 Theia Couture dress Charlie Sheen asked his stylist to lend her, and then tried to return it.

Lohan was wearing the dress at an amFAR benefit on February 6, when she decided to "alter" the garment.

"She said the dress ripped by accident and she got scissors from a bouncer at a club to fix it," an eyewitness said. "She said she didn't have a choice in the matter. God only knows what really happened."
