Big Bang Daesung to Hold First Japan Solo Concert and Promote New Album

Big Bang member Daesung will be holding a solo Japan concert in 19 cities for a total of 25 performances.

Daesung has also released his first Japan solo album, D'scover, and will hold 2 concerts in Tokyo and Gobe to celebrate his release.

He is currently in Japan for promotions and is appearing on Japan broadcast as well, gaining much attention.

Ticket reservations for his Tokyo and Gobe concerts are also on fire as fans try to purchase a ticket.

Because of the numerous amount of fans, they have decided to add 17 more cities and 21 performances.

Out of the 17 additional cities, there are many cities that the Big Bang tour did not stop at before.

Daesung will be holding his japan tour in order to reach even fans in the farthest of places.

Daesung commented, "My album is filled with warmth and happiness and I hope that this tour will allow me and the fans to become closer as well."

Last year, Big Bang held their world tour, '2012 BIGBANG ALIVE GALAXY TOUR' and met with 455,000 fans.

This year, Big Bang members are each working on their own activities in order to expand and show their own unique talents.

Leader G-Dragon will be holding a 4 dome tour in Japan, making him the first foreign solo singer to do so.

Member Seungri is in Japan and gaining attention for appearing on TV shows.

Today, Daesung released his new Japan album, D'Scover. This album features covers of Japan songs that are recreated to fit Daesung's style. 10 songs will be cover songs with 2 songs of his own for a total of 12 songs in the album.

Starting in March, he will officially begin his first Japan tour, 'D-LITE D'scover TOUR 2013 in JAPAN~DLIVE'.
