Kim Jung Eun Reminisces About Her Debut In Recent Allure Interview

Actress Kim Jung Eun, known for her notable works in Marrying the Mafia and Lovers in Paris, is featured in the July issue of Allure. The star modeled white lace dresses and blouses by Isabel Marant, Time, and Maje, to name a few brands. She posed on vintage furniture while holding flowers and showed her amazing natural beauty with subtle makeup looks.

During the accompanying interview, Kim talked about her 1998 debut drama Sunflower. Back then, Kim immediately gained press because she shaved her head for her role as a psychiatric hospital patient. The interviewer praised the star's supporting role since the character was dynamic, pure and charming. Kim immediately agreed.

"Yes. Rarely did you see such a good character." She said. "I still have the tattered script. On the front, it says a different name. People thought it was a typo, but the person who was original cast gave up the role because they didn't want to shave their head."

Kim also shared how her perspective on life has changed after so many years in the industry. She revealed, "I used to be concerned a few years ago about absolute happiness. But after some thought, I realized it's completely about your own satisfaction."

Recently, Kim made her drama comeback in the MBC production Make A Woman Cry.
