SEVENTEEN's Vernon Drops Solo Track "Lotto" With Dok2 And Don Mills

SEVENTEEN's Vernon gifts fans with surprise new solo track titled "Lotto."

On July 11, the idol group member released the track via the Korean music streaming portal MelOn. "Lotto" features Korean rapper Don Mills who has previously collaborated with other artists like Block B's Zico (most notably on his solo "Tough Cookie) as well as fellow rappers Beenzino, Vasco, CJAMM, and Okasian. The song was also produced by Illionaire co-founder and rapper Dok2, who is listed on the track by his other alias Gonzo.

In addition to being a member of Pledis Entertainment's recently debuted boy group SEVENTEEN, Vernon has been earning a lot of attention for his appearance on Mnet's rap competition program Show Me The Money 4. Vernon made it past the first two audition rounds but unfortunately did not continue past the third audition.

Despite the criticism Vernon has been receiving for his performance on Show Me The Money 4, the young rapper insists that he will keep moving forward regardless of the negative comments through the lyrics of "Lotto."

Pledis Entertainment shared their thoughts on Vernon's solo track in a report by OSEN. "Right now Vernon is only 17 years old and he has just taken his first steps into the hip hop world. He still has a lot he can improve on, but like the lyrics of "Lotto" he will continue to grow and show his full potential," the agency said.

Fans can check out "Lotto" and its lyrics via MelOn.
