Justin Bieber will make his first appearance in New York City in three years at Billboard Hot 100 Music Festival.

Billboard announced the lineup for their inaugural Billboard Hot 100 Music Festival. Leading off with names like Justin Bieber, the Weeknd, Jason Derulo, Nicki Minaj, and Lil Wayne.

The Weeknd, Skrillex, Nicki Minaj, Axwell & Ingrosso and Lil Wayne will headline the first the first Billboard Hot 100 Music Festival.

The inaugural Billboard Hot 100 Music Festival hits Jones Beach on Aug. 22-23. Axwell & Ingrosso is latest headliner to join festival lineup, which also includes The Weeknd, special guest Justin Bieber, Skrillex, Nicki Minaj, Lil Wayne.

Billboard Hot 100 Music Festival is produced in partnership with Live Nation.
